Does anyone know how H and R will let us know what the registration date will be- will they contact our lawyer or mortgager broker? Also does anyone down what the closing cost will be- I understand the builder is suppose to cap some of the cost- ie hydro, school levy etc. Also where is the portion of property taxes we have been paying to the builder being held? Thank you for this site- my comment is I am wondering how much of our delay/cost was attributted to H/R using the workers for the sale office instead of focusing on finishing our building- such as man power, staff fees, electricity used etc Does anyone know how we get a summary of what our condo fees went to that last 10 months? Should we request an audit -independent one of course

lol thats funny. it just shows he/she is very passionate about WPC issues as well.. Although I don't agree with thier name-calling, I do agree with them. The other forum does have a good format.
Dear Management, I hope this stays clean. A good step is to stop blaming the delays on the wind, the weather - or your other excuses to collect our rent money to fund your other projects. Just get it done.

This is a blog, usually for ONE person to record a journal and for other to comment on that journal. A forum is mainly used for 'speaking out', and as such I suggest everyone use:
Was at the Neptune sales office on the weekend and stopped to look at their model suites, spoke to one of the reps/agents that were around and he said that the sales are going briskly-wanted to know if I wanted to register and by another one. HA! I told him that I am having a poor experiance at 231 and how dirty the place is, he indicated that he was surprised to hear this.
Someone mentioning a topic is not at all the same as the topic being moved. You clearly do not want this site used. Does the other site pay you royalties (this is like a licensing fee)?
If there are any issues, don’t forget to bring them up at the meeting on the 26th. We don’t have much time until the condo is handed to us. I’m sure the management will try to do everything in its power to make us pay out of our pockets for their deficiencies.
You all know there will be lots of work and much on your plates as many issues from many people will be raised! I expect things will be in good hands with you all. Otherwise, expect me to be on all your asses!!! and don't think i won't! the list of concerns sent to Rose, I hope they will be addressed before i have to take matters in my own hands.
There have been lots of break ins. Usually managment's solution is to quietly pass a flyer around on that one floor advising the neighbors that a security guard stood at the door until the owner was contacted and a new door has been "generously" provided by the condo. Nice.... who let them break in in the first place?? On my floor there were 3 at the same time... don't tell me the contractors had nothing to do with it.
The event is for the residents of 231. It will be taking place in the Multi-purpose room on Thursday, April 26th, starting at 7:00pm. We'd hope that events such as these will take place again in the future as they are a good method of informing everyone as to events happening in the building.
Your 30 day year end report from Tarion is due soon and here is a copy of the construction performance guildines- I am sure you will find items of interest here
How long does it take to finish the freakn lobby anyways...this is ridiculous! Does anybody know if the window cleaners are coming back to to the outside of the balconies?

With several grassy areas in the neighbourhood (literally, across the street), why are dog owners still allowing their pets to poo on the property?
Have you heard of the old saying
"what comes around, goes around" ?
Hopefully, it will be those same dog owners who step on their pet's poo!
DOG OWNERS: be responsible and mature-walk you dog(s) across the street to a grassy area, to poo! There is no pooing allowed on the property.
